ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Ardit Bita - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and calling leads while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Evaluate individual or business insurance requirements and propose tailored coverage options to meet their needs.
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and costs of various insurance products to help clients make informed decisions.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals while adhering to all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance and financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
